It is mainly focused on the cleansing of the digestive tract, from the mouth down to the colon Laghu Shankhaprakshalana  – a traditional yogic cleansing technique aimed at purifying the intestinal tract by washing out impurities through the oral intake of saline water combined with specific yoga postures
