Day 1: Arrival and Purification Ritual
- Guests are welcomed with sacred Chanted Waters—each carrying deep symbolic and healing power:
- Gahut (Cow Urine): Known for its purifying and medicinal qualities in ancient Vedic traditions.
- Jautil Pani: A nourishing blend of barley and sesame-infused water, representing fertility, grounding, and nourishment.
- Gold Water (Sun-Purified Water): Charged with solar energy and stored in copper vessels to purify 5 elements.
- A Shamanic Blessing is performed where the Masta Shaman purifies the guest’s aura and body with the sacred waters (jal), invoking protection and openness for the healing journey ahead.

Day 2: Morning rituals & five element awakening
6:15 AM – 6:45 AM | Chanting of Masta Beeja Mantra A deeply spiritual chanting session invoking the five elements—Space (Akash), Air (Vayu), Fire (Agni), Water (Jal), and Earth (Prithvi)—using the powerful seed sounds: Harmaxo, Xayrmaxo, Kirmilo Awakens inner energies and aligns the microcosm (body) with the macrocosm (nature). Breathwork with Sacred Mantras Conscious breathing techniques combined with sacred sounds to expand awareness and prepare the body-mind-spirit for detoxification. Grounding and syncing with Masta Nature through barefoot contact with earth and mindful presence in the natural environment. |

The transformative healing process includes:
Preparatory phase
- Chha Falne
- Involves the use of red, yellow, and black effigies (eggigy) and dhoja pataka (prayer flags or ritual banners). Purification and removal of negativity, evil spirits, or bad energy believed to cause seizures or unconscious episodes.
2. Bhut Suddi
- Five Elements Activation (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space) believed to have been disturbed by ghostly or negative influences. Involves mantra chanting, offerings, water sprinkling, incense burning, and symbolic gestures to balance the five elements. And bell drum ringing and Ghost removing.
Harmaxo Xarmaxo, Kirmilo: Secret mantra for three-Body Activation Ritual: Activating the physical body, breath body (pranic body), and point body (energy points or chakras).
- Pose (Body): Specific postures to stimulate body energy.
