Itinerary and therapies may be customized and may change for your best interest as per doctor advice.

12:00 AM 1:30 PM: Ayurvedic therapies – Shiroabhyanga (head massage with oil) followed by Shirodhara (Ayurvedic therapy that involves the continuous and gentle pouring of warm, medicated liquids—typically herbal oils—onto the forehead, especially the area known as the “third eye” or Ajna Chakra)

10:30 AM -4:00 AM Departure for Pashupatinath Temple Sacred darshan at Nepal’s holiest Shiva shrine, witness sacred ceremonies on Bagmati River banks, Explore Arya Ghat and witness sacred ritual, Visit nearby Guhyeshwari Temple (Shakti Peeth).

Visit to Bouddhanath Stupa, UNESCO World Heritage Site. It holds deep spiritual and cultural significance for Tibetan Buddhists and Buddhists worldwide. The stupa is said to contain the remains or relics of the Kassapa Buddha (the 27th Buddha) and symbolizes the enlightened mind of all Buddhas. Its architecture reflects key Buddhist principles, designed in the shape of a mandala to represent the universe and the path to enlightenment.

6:00 PM -7:00 PM: Dinner featuring Nepali ethnic food
7:00 PM – 7:30 PM Tratak, a traditional meditation and concentration technique originating from yogic and Ayurvedic practices. It helps in controlling the wandering mind, reducing stress, improving eye function, and deepening concentration
