At Jungle Mahal Wellness Resort, we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth operations. We understand that travel plans can change. In case of any cancellation, we have put together our cancellation and refund policy and we believe this policy is fair to both our guests and our operations.
Reservation Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance or full payment.
A confirmation message/email will be issued once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation at any time prior to check-in. A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the total amount received, and the remaining 80% will be refunded. Due to fluctuations in USD exchange rates, refunds will be processed based on the actual amount received and the exchange rate applicable on the date of payment.
No-Show
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the same policy applies:
20% of the amount paid will be retained, and 80% will be refunded. Due to fluctuations in USD exchange rates, refunds will be processed based on the actual amount received and the exchange rate applicable on the date of payment.
Early Departure
No refunds will be provided for early check-out or unused services after check-in.
Booking Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability.
Requests must be made prior to the check-in date.
Any price differences due to changes in dates or packages will be applicable.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.
Any transaction or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), guests may be offered:
Rescheduling options, or Credit for future stays
Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Third-Party Bookings
Reservations made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective policies.
